Katherine Schneider has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field and serves as a Senior Litigation Paralegal with The Kelly Law Firm, L.L.C. With a background in Family Law, Criminal Law, Bankruptcy Law, and civil litigation, Katherine brings extensive knowledge and experience to every matter she handles. She is an invaluable part of the firm’s litigation team and provides the careful attention to detail, organization, and dedication that are essential to effective legal representation.

Throughout her career, Katherine has worked extensively with the Courts in Johnson County, Douglas County, Wyandotte County, Miami County, Franklin County, and Leavenworth County in Kansas, as well as Jackson County in Missouri. Her familiarity with court procedures and litigation practices allows her to anticipate the needs of a case and provide clients with knowledgeable and dependable support.

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, Katherine assists with all aspects of case preparation and management, including discovery, document preparation, legal research, court filings, case organization, and trial preparation. Katherine graduated from Washburn University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Johnson County Community College. Having lived in the Johnson County area for most of her life, Katherine has a longstanding connection to the community and the courts in which she works.
